"Katrina was absolutely lovely as a host. Property manager was very communicative and helpful. The house was fantastic for our small group and my birthday celebration. Great views very clean. Kitchen was very well appointed. Just a note that there’s several stairs, so be prepared to get your exercise in! My only drawback was you’re right by the public beach access and people had a tendency to fish and sit right in front of the house. But that’s easily handled if you get your chairs and umbrellas out there early in the morning. Thank you, Katrina for sharing your beautiful home."

"The house was beautiful and very clean! We loved sitting on the oceanfront decks and the beautiful views. We have stayed at two of their properties in Surf City and both had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach chairs, beach towels and toys! We hope to be back soon!"

"10/10. Property is just as advertised. If you’re looking for stunning oceanfront views just steps to the water, surrounded by peace and tranquility, this is the place for you. Deck views are amazing. My wife and I loved the complimentary host supplied Tommy Bahama beach chairs (amongst other beach necessities). Property is extremely clean, pet friendly (a big plus) and we are looking forward to returning in the future. Thanks for letting us enjoy your beautiful beachfront property. My only regret is having to leave."
