"We had an amazing stay. This property is in the best location. Close/walking distance to everything including shops and many restaurants. The property is steps away from the beach and the pool was perfect. Our kids loved being able to swim at night! Ted was a great host and communicated very well with us before and during our stay. We would definitely reserve this property again! "

"The place was beautiful. It is very spacious and fit our needs to the tee. We have been coming to Topsail Island for 35 years and needed more space. This did the job and then some. "Location location location! One might think having a public access to the beach might be a concern. No worries! Moose or intrusion from that pass through and did not excessively crowd the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality cookware (no scratched cheap teflon pans). Two blenders and a crockpot. Plenty of dishes and glassware! Nearby ice cream shop, surf shop, and small IGA grocery store were used and appreciated. "
