For a room booked for three people, the tea and coffee facilities were shockingly limited: just three tea bags, no coffee, no sugar, no milk – and not even any cups. "Incheckningen var bra och vi fick vårt rum långt före vi skulle få det. Personalen i restaurangen kunde kosta på sig ett leende och säga god morgon innan man fick en barsk fråga om vilket rum man bodde på. Man kunde endast beställa vid bordet vilket gjorde att det tog väldigt lång tid att bara få köpa något att dricka."
