This unit only rents Saturday to Saturday during the busy seasons.

This totally rebuilt ground-floor three bedroom is perfect for a family with kids. It has one king-size and three queen-size beds with NEW pillow top mattresses. There is a large pool with plenty of lounge chairs with a separate kiddie pool nearby. It also has an outdoor restroom for your convenience.

This is a true ground-floor unit. No need to use stairs or elevator, no need to walk all the way around the building. Just walk right out your 20 feet of sliding glass doors and jump in the pool, walk on the beach, or lay in the warm Alabama sun.

Pelican Pointe resort is one of the most popular places on the beach. Full-time security and gated entrance will give you the safe-and-sound feeling of home. Staying at this place is one of the reasons you go to work.

Your outside deck on the ground floor is the entire front yard. You really will not believe it until you see it.

Community charcoal grills are on the property and available on a first come basis, but because of fire codes, charcoal and gas grills are not allowed on the decks.

NO last minute charges, NO credit card fee, NO departure fee, NO non-refundable processing fee, NO non-refundable application fee, NO cancellation fee, NO towel fee, NO key deposit. NO security deposit.

There is a parking fee of $50 per car for the length of your stay. There is a 2 car maximum for each unit. The parking fee will be paid to the guard at the gate upon arrival.

The condo association provides free, unsecured Wireless Internet service. It’s listed as HC Pelican Pointe, no password required. This service has been reliable and trouble free, but you have to know how to operate your wireless computer, no support is provided.

Spring Break 2025

We loved our stay at Pelican Pointe. The condo location on the bottom level was so convenient to the pool and beach! Parking was so handy, too! We loved having breakfast on the large patio where we could see the gulf. We took the kiddos to Alligator Alley and were pleasantly surprised. Our host was very thoughtful and responded to our questions quickly. Our first trip to Orange Beach was very enjoyable!

The condo was exactly what we needed and loved being able to walk out the front door to the beach! Perfect location. Contacted owner for minor question and he responded instantly! Plenty of parking. Nicely furnished. Would definitely stay here again!

Terrific condo

We were very pleased with this condo unit. It was nice and comfortable and was perfect being on the main level with a patio right by the pool and beach. This is a great location for anyone and especially those with younger children.

Location, location,location

We had a wonderful stay at 104 Pelican Pointe. The condo was amazing and the pool and beach steps away. This was the perfect place for our family with three grandkids to stay. It also has the perfect patio for coffee in the morning and a drink at night. The kids swam in the ocean all day, and then later in the pool. There were lots of families there, so they each made new friends and had a blast. We definitely want to return next year. Our grandkids said Best Vacation Ever!!!!!!

Best place yet!

This condo was fabulous! The first floor walk out to deck, pool and beach was the best. We used the indoor pool, baby pool, main pool and hot tub. All ages enjoyed the amenities. Rooms were nice and TVs in all rooms made it great for littles to watch a show on a rainy day. Check in was easy and the security at the condo was helpful and kind. The location was near shopping and dining. Our older kids could walk to shop and get ice cream. By far our favorite place in Orange Beach!!!!

Family Week in Orange Beach

I cannot express enough the convenience and awesomeness of this property. First floor means no elevator, ever. We walked 29 steps to the pool. Twenty nine. Plenty of room for our family of 5 to each have our own beds, not fight for bathrooms...just absolutely unbelievable. Kids said on separate occasions that "we have to come back to this spot if we come back to Gulf Shores. A+, 100%, two thumbs up.

Perfect Family Vacation!

This is the most perfect location for a family vacation! We had 4 adults and 4 children (ages 13-7) and there were plenty of beds and room for all of us! The unit is very clean with lots of updates! There are tons of dishes, silverware, and utensils which is a huge plus! The best part of this unit is being on the ground level with the pool and beach just steps away from the door! That alone made it so convenient for us to quickly grab more snacks, toys, or to even make quick restroom trips during the beach day! Parking is so easy with a convenient loading area just steps away from the units door, and the security guards are very friendly! To add to it, you are a short 5 minute walk to Dollar General, Alvin's Island, and Surf Style, and Walmart is a very short drive past that! Shannon was so easy to get ahold of, and extremely friendly! If you are looking for a place with NO steps and NO need to use an elevator, this one is it! We are saving this unit in our favorites for next time!

We couldn't have had a better location at this beach-facing, ground level condo! Both access to the pool and beach were literality steps away. The view from our patio of the sunrise and sunset were spectacular. Another plus was that our host was prompt in replying to my questions prior to and during our stay. I would definitely consider staying at this condo again.

Nice location, easy access. I feel like housekeeping needs to be more aware of dust in vents and walls in kitchen area. Also floors need to be mopped better, family had to keep shoes on at all times if not feet would be dirty even after showering. All in all I really enjoyed staying there except for the things I mentioned would recommend to others.
