"Everyone (employee) we came into contact with was so polite and professional. The refrigerator in room we were staying in wasn't working. Once we notified the housekeeping floor manager about it, shw contacted the maintenance supervisor. He came to check it out and had a replacement within 30 minutes. We were very thankful. The resort was extremely clean, professional and a very friendly staff."

"Great base for universal studios , room was a good size cleaning was ok had to ask for floors to be swept as there were left for days and they were filthy when got there. Hotel staff great and cant do enough for you. There is a lot of smoking weed in the car park i know thats not the hotels fault though. For the price paid probably would stay again . We stayed in the tower block wifi didn’t work there "

"The room was clean but really old and overall pretty gross. TV had a big weird bright spot in the middle, super distracting. Shower was leaky and mildewy. Blinds didn’t close properly. We were not in the renovated area as advertised on Expedia so that was disappointing. The garden was mostly dead, I don’t think any landscaping maintenance has been done in years. Life guards were really unfriendly. Water slides were fun. "

"Beautiful hotel, The hotel staff was very accommodating. They gave us adjoining rooms which came in very handy. The kids loved the pool and other games there. The proximity to the parks is great. Unlimited express was a nice perk. "

"We have a very good experience with the hotel , very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful, they are very fast responding to your request the only thing no coffee in the room and the breakfast is pricey for what they provide. Overall it’s very good, highly recommended, very close to a lot shopping and restaurants and the very important very close to universal studios and airport. Thank you "
