"Clean room Comfy bed Great Shower Didn’t like wash basin in room"

"Our first room had no air conditioning and our stay was during the heatwave. We asked for assistance and maintenance did come but didn't fix yhe issue. They gave us a fan. It was a horrible first night sleep. The next day we brought up the issue to the front desk staff who were very helpful and moved us to a new room. The room cleaning staff missed items throughout our 9 day stay. Missing towels and our last day did not fill the complimentary water and removed the kleenex and left us an empty container. The restaurant was clean, food was wonderful and the staff was friendly and attentive."

"The Hotel was excellently placed, near to where I needed to be later in the evening Very friendly greetings at the reception. My booking was handled quickly and efficiently. My room was clean and tidy, comfortable bed, good bathroom, TV and charging points. My own personal frustration was with the fact that the room had no tea/coffee making facilities. This seems to be going from a lot of hotels. That is a pity, it makes the room more homely and comforting to me. Apart from that, I had a very enjoyable overnight stay. Thank you."

"We stayed for one night before a women’s T20 World Cup match. We had a balcony room so were able to watch the match preparations before checkout. Breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and quickly resolved a mix-up over parking fees. We would definitely stay here again."
