"Unit was perfect for our visit to hike the triple crown trails. Trails were 5 -15 minutes away as were many options for dining. The hot tub provided relief after the hikes. Unit and grounds were well kept. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!"

"The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....
