This hotel is very special to me since it has a very unique place in my life as being the worst hotel I have ever been in the world. I still tell the story to all my friends and family, noone can believe and they are all thankful that I survived. There was a crazy fat lady in the reception, I can only hope for all the future customers that she doesn't work there anymore. Well if you have any chance, just don't stay in this hotel. Eventhough you think that it is cheap, you will immediately start to feel sorry about it after hearing that this is what you've paid and don't expect anything more. They were that rude. This is my first review and I hope it will be the last because it is exceptional for me and is special to experiences very very bad. Although, this wasn't my idea at all. It was the police officer's idea who helped me and saved me from the marsh. He said that all you can do about it is to make a bad review. I respect his opinion and try to save human beings from the mess.

In de reisbeschrijving staat dat er extra hotelservices is, die zijn er niet. Zoals: ontbijtservice, shuttle service, gebruik van kamerkluis. Hierover heb ik wel een Resort toeslag voor betaald, waarvoor eigenlijk voor lucht. helaas is er geen ontbijtservice, geen kluis in de kamer. Ook dat er een shuttel service is die je naar de parken brengt, deze is er ook niet aanwezig. Bij de receptie is moeilijk iemand te spreken, want er is nooit iemand aanwezig. Iedereen kan maar naar binnen lopen. Onze vakantie van 18 dagen is de kamer 4 keer schoongemaakt.

El hotel parece la ciudad de Walking dead . Por las noches no hay nadie para atender a los guest. Llegue a las 1 Am a hacer check in y tuve q esperar hasta las 8Am para hacerlo . En la segunda noche a las 1Am se activaron todas las alarmas y no habia ningún empleado para ayudar a los huésped. En fin un desastre de estadía. Ojala pudiera recibir mi dinero de vuelta.

Needs to be condemned and torn down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel like I checked into a crackhead drug infested Hotel with my daughter after having an excellent day at Universal Studios!!!! Roaches running down the hallway, the bathroom in our hotel room was completely dirty, the bathtub was filthy, toilet bowl had pee stains all over it, stains on the sheets pillowcases and blankets of the one bed's that I checked. The AC in the hotel and the room did not work. I definitely will be contacting the health department to go inspect this hotel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While I understand you get what you pay for, this property wasn't worth the savings. Regardless of what the post says, there is no shuttle or roll away beds. The guy at the front desk was super nice when I checked in, but not so nice later in the day when I requested a room change. When we checked in our first room was musty and the air conditioner didn't work. It was clear that the property had been flooded more than once by the smell. The bottom few inches of the bathroom door had been cut off. I also suspect there were bedbugs because I had gotten a couple small bites on my elbow, but I can't say for sure that's what it was. I asked to switch rooms because flat out we would never be able to sleep in the first. The second room had AC, but the cable didn't work, not all of our devices could find the wi-fi, and worst of all there were six "water bugs" (that's what we call the gi-hugic roaches that crawl in through the pipes) twitching on the floor the next morning. Thankful they weren't alive and running around. Had to quickly dispose of them before my daughter saw them because she would totally freak out. I did hear power tools down the hall at night, so it seemed to us that the property owners were trying to fix things, and I wish them well. This place is in a great location, but needs a TON of work. Also, requested a late check-out and was charged $25.00 to stay for two hours. Kind of steep considering the cost of the room.

Attroce ! Le pire de toute ma vie!

Personne désagréable État de l’hôtel délabré (porte d’entrée cassée, faux plafond démonté dans le hall d’entrée pour permettre de travailler et crasses laissées par terre une fois le travail fini) Enfin dans la première chambre attribuée ça sentait l’humidité et le tapi était sale et (rempli de brindille d’herbe), et impossible s’ouvrir la fenêtre car le système était cassé et tenait avec un morceau de bois mis en travers du châssis, nous avons donc demandé une autre chambre! Ils nous ont réclamé 20usd par nuit pour l’autre chambre car soit disant celle ci était rénovée! L’état des couloirs de l’hôtel UNE CATASTROPHE ! Humidité, tapi de sol décollé et très très sale (jamais nettoyé c’est pas possible), cafard dans les chambre et couloir, pas d’eau froide dans les chambres donc on devait se doucher à l’eau bouillante. De plus, impossible de regarder la tv tellement elle était criptee. A partir de minuit plus un membre du personnel n’est présent et les portes d’entrées étant cassées tout restait ouvert et sans surveillance ! Pas de navette pour aller jusqu’au parc et rien à manger (ceci dit valait mieux!). Le lendemain après être revenu du parc nous avions demandé à faire le check out malgré qu’il restait une nuit! Quand on a expliqué pourquoi la personne en face de nous n’en semblait pas étonnée et nous a même dit ok vous pouvez partir je ferais votre check out! On est parti sans même qu’il ait voulu nous rembourser et nous faire de papier! L’hôtel est insalubre !

These people literally stole my money! When I arrived to the hotel there was absolutely nobody that could check me in and at the end I couldn’t get a room and lost what I had paid for it because they refused to refund it or make the reservation valid for the next day. They said the information about front desk closing is on the website when you’re booking however it did not say anything about it when booking it through the Expedia app. They are taking the money for a service they never provided and that’s just call stealing!

Very dirty and unsanitary, nothing works ex: vending machines and ice machines, staff is rude and unfriendly. Roaches throughout the entire hotel, holes in the walls, No working AC in the lobby and throughout the interior of the hotel. This hotel doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating. Very bad experience will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

My work requires that I stay in hotels in every region of the United States Having said that, I can honestly report that the I-Drive Grand Resort & Suites in Orlando, Florida is the by far the worst excuse for a hotel I've experienced in my 30+ years of business travel. Unfortunately, there is not enough space in this window to describe the deplorable condition of this business passing itself off as a hotel. A short list if you will, A.C. broken, T.V. w/ 1 channel, filthy room, bugs, 1 bath towel, mold and at least 20 additional items I should mention but will not due to my utter disgust of such a place. Frankly, I'm surprised this "hotel" is not condemned. If the rate was $1.50 a night it would be overpriced! A word to the wise, If you stay at this facility you will definitely regret the decesion.

Didn't like anything about it. There was 3 people complaining about their rooms. When I got my room, I asked to see it first. Saw dead roaches by connecting door. The neighbor was really loud. The bathroom was very dirty and old. I asked for a refund and to check out immediately but another guest went to the receptionist, got very aggresive with her so the cops were called. Reception was left unnattended so I left.

The staff was nice but the hotel was the worst place I have ever been to. Expedia helped my boyfriend and I with accommodating us at another hotel after we checked into this one. If it wasn’t for Expedia I would have just driven back home because the room/hall was disgusting. Do yourself a favor and stay at another hotel.

Really bad costumer service

Tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work to towels , link from the roof , call to the receptionist 5 times from my phone , to send some one for the tv, last time the lady put me on hold more the 10 min and never answer back... no coming ever back anymore !

Worst hotel I've ever seen

The hotel is under renovation but it is filthy. The first room they offered me had dead bugs on the floor & a horrible odor. The second room was newly refurbished & nice but the stairs & hallway getting to it were dirty & musty smelling. A construction worker on site who was behind the front desk when I arrived appeared at the building of my new room & asked what room I was staying in. Later when I returned at 2am after a night out he was again lurking outside of my building & wanted to talk to me. I felt unsafe to spend the night so I packed my bags & checked out. I informed the owner that I was being stalked but she refused to give me my money back. Their were several other customers at the front desk asking for refunds because their rooms were filthy. I need a refund.
