"This is a delightful beach cottage about a half mile from the waves! Easy walk to a near by park. The house is set up with everything you need to enjoy your stay and of course wonderful seafood restaurants all around. The fenced back yard was wonderful allowing our pup to enjoy the stay as well. The house is older but recently remodeled and was immaculately clean!"

"Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed the unit. There were just a few things that could be improved.When we checked in, we noticed the condo wasn't as clean as we expected, especially the kitchen, which appeared to have been left dirty by the previous guests. Thankfully, I always travel with sanitizing wipes, so we cleaned it before using it.We also planned on cooking during our stay, but there were no cutting boards and the kitchen knives were very dull. We ended up making a trip to the store to buy a few basic kitchen supplies so we could prepare meals.We appreciated that beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. However, the umbrella was missing a piece, and the chairs were full of sand from previous guests and didn't function properly. It wasn't a huge issue, but it may be worth replacing or removing items that are no longer usable.Overall, the unit is nice and in a great location. A few updates, such as brighter lighting and newer bath towels, along with a more thorough cleaning between guests, would make the stay even better, especially considering the price."

It is a short walk to the beach, as well as a short drive to some great local restaurant’s/other beaches(i.e. Daytona/Flagler). Our dog loved playing in the back fenced in yard."
