Room was a lot smaller than we expected. Maybe a little small for a family of 4. Communication was really prompt and friendly though. Room was clean and bathroom was big and modern.

ユニバからの帰宅で利用しました。 周辺は静かで、パーキング、コンビニも近くとても便利でした。 部屋も暖かくして下さって、寒い所から入った時は暖かくて嬉しかったです。 家族多かったのでしたが、ベットが沢山あり、余るくらいでした！ 洗濯機も、洗剤も付いていてとても助かりました！ お値段以上でとても満足しました また、機会があれば利用したいと思います😊

家族でUSJ旅行のため利用しました。 新しく良い印象です。とにかくテレビが大きくてビックリしました。100インチぐらいある印象。前の人のゴミが床に落ちていたので、床の掃除があと一歩かなと思う事はありましたが、不快と言う程では無かったです。騒音度合いは、上の階の人の存在は感じます。風呂はシャワーのみで、大人1人でも狭いぐらいの大きさです。完全セルフでの利用ですが、階毎に１部屋のため安心感はありました。駐車場も安く近くに有り良かったです。総じて、安く素泊りしたい旅行にはいいと思います。自分の便利宿のお気に入り入りです。また利用したいです。

The room was quite nice and new and the customer service is TOP, they replied very quick to any issue. There's no reception, but before you arrive they send you a code to access the facility. Everything went fine and we had a great time. Room was clean and looked like the pictures (superb!!). I would recommend it 10/10 and probably will book next time. The only two things I would improve: - room fells a bit naked, there's no wardrobe nor a table to lay things/eat - the elevator in the facility closes its door to soon!

建物自体は古く部屋だけリノベーションした様なホテルでした。 部屋の中は設備も新しく、庭園もあり、面白かったのですが、清掃が不十分でした。 具体的には ・シャワーブースの床に洗剤？シャンプー？が残っていてヌルヌルしている ・部屋の隅には埃が残っている ・洗面所の換気扇には埃がたくさん付いている ・キッチンのスポンジが使い古されたもの など、部屋を使用するにあたり、不安になることが多かったです。 駐車場はありませんでしたが、近くのコインパーキングに空きがたくさんあり、困りませんでした。 入口で他の宿泊客の外国人の方が入れずに困っていたようなので、鍵の開け方に困る方はいるかもしれません。 アクセスもよい場所なので、清掃さえしっかりされていれば、よいホテルかなと思います。

初めての利用で、チェックインの方法など不安でしたが、問題なくチェックインからチェックアウトまで過ごせました。事前に問い合わせをしましたが、速やかかつ丁寧に対応してくださいました。 他の方の口コミにもあったように、シャワー室が小さくて驚きましたが、子どもも問題なく使えました。 USJも近いので、大阪観光の際はまた利用したいです。

気持ちよく利用できました。

非常に清潔感のあるお部屋でした。 お部屋に洗濯機があるのは良かったです。 洗面所がもう少し大きいと良かったです。 近隣は静かですが、コンビニや飲食店が少し距離がありました。 無人でわからないことがあり電話問い合わせした時も丁寧に対応して頂きました。ありがとうございます。

部屋はきれいでベッドも大きく快適でした。周辺も静かなので夜も過ごしやすいです。シャワーが狭く頭をぶつけたりして、子供と一緒に入るにも着替えるにも難しかったです。前の利用者のゴミが残っていたのが残念です。玄関がほぼ施錠されておらず、不安が残りました。
