Location is very convenient to everything, 5 minutes away from train stations, 100 yards away from restaurants and stores. Very satisfied guest here great amenities from the in room washer and dryer also has a small kitchen where you can cook microwave and fridge. Highly recommended will definitely stay again..

Cool spot near Dotonburi

The room was perfectly clean and surprisingly spacious. Comfy bed, nice bathroom, good AC/heat. I had a problem with my lock in the middle of the night, and the management fixed it right away. Excellent customer service. Convenient location as well.

The property was easy to find and get into. The staff was very responsive to my messages and accommodated an early check-in for us. The area was a bit loud at night given that we had a massive shopping/food market behind the building, but it wasn’t too disruptive for the most part. I would definitely consider coming back again.

We enjoyed our stay here a lot, having the kitchen is super convenient as well as being close to restaurants. My daughter and I were very happy about being so close to Spa World as well. The luggage storage was incredibly useful as well, they brought the luggage to our room as well. Amazing stay. Definitely recommend.

It’s a new building. Everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay is available. However, there’s no TV in the unit. It didn’t bother us but if it’s important to you, take that into consideration when booking. It’s close to train stations and lots of dining options around the area as well as convenience store.

Our stay here is excellent , they have the most comfortable room . It is clean , all is neat and they are bery generous with everything like towel, toothpaste and toothbrush. They have washing machine with free detergent. Dry air for clothes, balcony, and surprisingly they have free pocket wifi. And a lot of free like rice coocker . The staff is so friendly and easy to talk with. They even let us borrow the umbrella when we arrived because it is raining. The location is near in train station and all the store, and attractions.m, so accessible. Thank you for the great stay we ever had in this trip. When we come back in japan , we will definitely stay here again .
