"My husband and I stayed here for two nights and we loved it especially the roof top views is gorgeous, they offer welcome tea and snack by the same floor of roof top (8th F), we were lucky it was sunny on the day went up the rooftop and felt very chill enjoying the town and water while enjoying the afternoon tea time. We booked this private bath tub half outdoor room and we really enjoyed soak the hot springs whenever we like. The only thing I would suggest is the hotel could provide shuttle service for in and out the Atami station or town center, it is about 1 mile (20 mins walk). "

"A good stay can be ruined by unimaginative people who behave loud after 10 PM. Such were my neighbours at my floor last night. Loud talking between 10 pm -1 pm and a person who was directly above me was active and noisy until 1:30 am. Pure idiocy and I wish the management could kick out such people in the middle of the night. Breakfast was a minimum they could give. Beyond any doubt it was the worst breakfast out of six hotels I have stayed in during my trip in Japan. "

"Overall they represent the highest level of excellence. The only thing for me was loud air conditioning vent which i couldn’t stop as the property custodians didn’t care to translate the instruction to English. Too bad, I could have sleep entire night instead of half. "
