"Our stay was great. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It is remotely located, which was peaceful, but still very convenient to get to the subway, less than a five minute walk. The staff was helpful and courteous. The meal options were somewhat limited - best to eat while out."

"The owner was very lovely and polite, he prep matcha tea for welcoming us also offering fresh bread making in the morning for our breakfast but my family were very tired from a long day travelling and activities we did in the area, we just want to sleep in so we had to miss out on that. House was clean. The bath was the highlight for us. Just the tap in both toilets a bit hard to operate so we had to wash our hands in the bathroom instead."

If you are into trail running and hiking, there is a very beautiful 10k trail up the mountain very near the hotel (about 5 minutes away walking). This hotel is definitely one of my highlights from Japan."
