In need of a refurbishment, hotel is very tired looking and not very clean. The skirting boards were thick of dust, the wardrobe smelt foisty when opened. The bathroom was very poor quality and looked like it had seen better days. The food was ok but very overpriced for the quality, £20 for fish ...

We needed a hotel for an overnight stay. For the price that we paid we were not impressed. Hotel not as luxurious as we had expected and required updating. Staff were also not friendly or welcoming.

What an amazing stay in Otley. The accommodation was amazing as were the views, which you will never get bored of. Prime location for Harrogate, Harewood House and other places. I will most definitely be back. Yorkshire you have stole my heart
