Hice el reclamo pero la dama de la recepción mostrando ninguna empatia con nosotros, restó importancia al ruido diciendo que el ruido provenía del sistema de bombeo de agua y que no tenía importancia. Este hotel NO ES RECOMENDABLE."

Minuspunkte: Einige Lampen im Zimmer scheinen schon länger nicht mehr zu funktionieren (Kastenbeleuchtung), TV Empfang zeitweise stark gestört. Ansonsten exzellentes Hotel (Weinverkostung, traumhafte Lage, erstklassiges Frühstücksbuffet). Ober Preisklasse."

"Nice Hotel I want to rate the hotel 5 stars because it achieves what it is trying to. The staff was great. Food at dinner was great and people are very kind. Breakfast was great too. But I feel they missed on what the place could be. It is a mix of historic and modern industrial. The rooms are nice but generic with higher quality Ikea type furniture. I don't feel any connection to on to the past. But like I said if you want a nice hotel then you'll be happy here. "
