"The pool and beach were ok but the staff are rude and disrespectful. Especially the life guards, cleaning staff and front desk. "

"First it may have been Expedia’s problem that staff at the front desk said we didn’t have reservations even though I got a confirmation email. The place is decent, we had to request towels and the remote for the air conditioner. Some mold in the corners of the bathroom. Other staff were nice and helpful. "
