"5 stars for customer service. Staff members were kind, helpful and hard working! 5 stars for location. A centralized, convenient place to stay. So many things in walking distance. 5 stars for parking. On site and convenient. 4 stars for the room itself. Overall it was cute but the AC doesn’t go under a certain temperature and I wish that had been disclosed on the listing. 2 stars for the bed and pillows. The bed was so hard and the pillows get really flat with any amount of pressure. No support. 2 stars for the amount of outside noise that you can hear. We woke up multiple times throughout the night because of people talking or a kid riding his skateboard around late in the evening. They post quiet hours but obviously you can’t control what people do. Overall this was a good stay!"

"Super cute, family friendly and right by the water!! This hotel exceeded our expectations. Gave a good homey vibe and the morning/afternoon staff was super friendly and helpful with all our questions. Night staff was a little sketchy and missing a lot of the time and tried to tell us kids couldn’t be in the pool after 8:30. But overall it was a nice visit and clean place to stay. "

"This hotel is new (approximately 5 years old) so everything is in excellent condition. The architecture and design of the hotel is beautiful and it has been maintained really well. The staff (specially Roldolfo) was so kind, warm and professional. The amenities lacked only because there was no pool; however, the beach is just a few blocks away. Also the double beds were a let down as they were not conducive for 2 people to sleep in. A queen sized bed would have been much better. I would still rate this hotel a 10/10 even though there was no pool and the double beds would have been nicer if they were queen sized. Beautiful property. "
