"Hotel needs updating. Elevator did not work, dark and dingy. The parking was fine. The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room had no toilet paper holder, it was just sitting on counter. I stepped on a roach going to bathroom in middle of the night. A couple fought all night long. Screaming and keeping us up. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Very dated but clean property. Comfortable pillows. Breakfast was ok but the eggs and sausage were cold. I liked the waffles. Very good location close to outlet mall and Bucees. Had dinner at the nearby Olive Garden. 25 minutes from the cruise port. Prices better than Galveston Island."

"There was roaches everywhere in our room. My son went to turn on the ac and roaches came swarming out and then they were on the bed. Dead ones on the floor we gave our room away and slept in the car "

"Room is clean and look organized, easy to parking and get directly to your room It was a comfort night on the weekend after beach day. Only about 20mins to Galveaton beach And next to the Circle K Gas station"

"Room had a musty/mildew smell to it. TV remote would not change channels. Front desk stated no one on site to fix and then it worked long enough to change to one other channel and never worked again so we were stuck watching the same stay for our entire stay. I know it is first world problems but for over $200 a night that is the least I expect. When I informed the front desk the following morning all I got was I’m sorry we don’t have staff onsite to fix problems. I will not stay here again on our way to a cruise."
