"No hot water and while there was a note slid under my door at sometime, still that isn't a good reason to be glib about the fact that there was no hot water. I get that things happen, but it was disappointing."

The only thing that I didnt care for is that the hotel does not have dedicated parking. If there is an event at the convention center then it is hard to find something close. Having to drag your luggae and items blocks away is a pain."

"The entire property is very clean and comfortable! My double room was fine for me, but would have been a little tight with 2 people. The staff is friendly and helpful. Fantastic dining in the area and walkable to convention center and CTA station. "

"Great location! Close to all the areas we wanted to visit. Outdoor area was nice, would be even better in warmer months. My daughter loved playing with the basketball (a small goal would be a nice addition!) We had hoped to use the hot tub as the temps were mid-60's on our first day, but with it being March the hot tub area had not yet been readied for the season. We loved the upper balcony. Garage parking was a huge plus! Location felt safe. Good communication from the hosts. Floors were kind of dirty, but overall the unit was clean. We would stay at this location again!"

"Shower drain was clogged. Discovered this 2 min in with shampoo in hair. Linens did not seem crisp/fresh, hand towel was missing, glass was missing. But good view"

"This was hands down the worst hotel I've ever seen. Mattress was covered in piss stains, there was puke on the computer desk, the blinds were broken, dresser was missing drawers, the bad frame was straight up made of 2x4's, and the dude at the front desk was on a personal call the entire time he was checking me in. They also offer you a free can of Coke if you give them a 10/10 review. So desperate. I'm trying to get a refund right now because we refused to stay there under such conditions. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. "
