Perched atop Putt Hill, this single-level condo serves as a strategic link between downtown and uptown, offering the perfect blend of convenience and seclusion. Ideal for a tranquil golf course retreat, it provides proximity to local amenities. The added perk of no pet fees enhances the appeal for animal-loving travelers. Located between uptown and downtown this apartment is close to local amenities, walking distance to Coyote Moon Bar & Grill. convenience store, liquor store and easy short driving distance to uptown or downtown.
Guest will have access to entirety of apartment space.
Guests will enter this charming condo on the third floor of the complex, with convenient elevator access available. Upon crossing the threshold, they’ll be welcomed by a spacious living area and a quaint balcony, perfect for relaxing. Adjacent to the living space, the fully stocked kitchen offers everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils, coffee maker, and an extensive array of cooking essentials like pots, pans, skillets, a blender, and even a muffin tin and cookie sheet.
A cozy cubby space houses a stackable washer and dryer, with laundry supplies provided for 3-4 days.
While the home is equipped with an air-conditioning unit for guest use, it does not have central A/C.
The bedroom features a full-size mattress—the largest allowed under county restrictions—carefully prepared with soft, comfortable linens. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels for your convenience. Guests can also take advantage of the private balcony and the beautifully landscaped grounds behind the building, complete with a charming gazebo perfect for peaceful moments of outdoor relaxation.
Perfectly situated in town with access to both uptown and downtown with a quick 5-minute drive this condo is perfect for a family get away. Walking distance to local amenities, food, entertainment and more. Just off the Golf Course guests may witness a hole in one from the balcony or choose to show those on the course how it's really done.

As mentioned prior, quick access to uptown and downtown, guests can experience the entirety of Pagosa at a whim.
30-minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area guests can travel through the Rocky Mountains, cross the Great Divide, or hike the many trails available; guests are sure to find adventure lurking around every corner.
Pagosa is located in the middle of the Rocky Mountains and is approximately an hour's drive to other similar mountain towns such as Durango, and South Fork.
Located in the Southwest corner of the state, we are very close to the New Mexico State Line where even more National Parks, trails, lakes and more can be located and enjoyed by all.
Guests will be provided check in information 48hrs. prior to arrival.
Check in is contactless with access codes provided.
There is a pet fee of $30 pet, with a limit of one pet, and pets must weigh 30 lbs or less.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.
Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.

Please note that trailers are not permitted to be parked anywhere within this condo association. Parking on the grass is also strictly prohibited. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking spaces. Violators are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
