"Does what it ssys on the tin. Situated on A1M northbound at Washington services it was a perfect base for our 4 day visit to the northeast. No cafe bar on site but costa, greggs, and burgar king on site. "

"Staff helpful on arrival. Let us into our room early. Thank you. Location quiet but convenient for town park & ride to visit local attractions. Room was airy & clean. Breakfast good. Only down side was the heavy fire doors that were noisy when going in & out of rooms. Shook the walls."
