"I found the location of Hotel San Felipe to be perfect—it’s right in the heart of Casco Viejo. I could easily walk to the churches, explore nearby shops, and enjoy so many great restaurant options just steps away. Even at night, I felt completely comfortable walking around the plazas, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating, and my room was clean and spacious. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and happily recommend it to my friends."

"The hotel and breakfast were great. What isn't good is the hotel put a $100 block on my credit card but never removed it when I checked out. I've contacted them directly and through Hotels.com messaging but they have not responded. More than 3 weeks after checking out, the hold is still on my card account."

"Everything was excellent with top notch accommodations. A 5 Star Hotel with a boutique Perisian feel and a wonderful view of the famous Sofitel Casco Viejo Legend Hotel!! The only complaint was the TV in the main living room area didn't have any sound! HOT Water & AC were wonderful! We had a complimentary bottle of wine in our room with complimentary drinks at the bar!!"

"This hotel can be rated lowly as lower standard of hostel. Rooms are dingy and terribly with totally comfortable bed and totally inadequate furniture and bag rack. Room was terribly low lighted and felt depressing. It felt like sleeping in an enclosed warehouse with fire extinguisher sprinklers. I think Expedia needs to do a better job at classifying the proper since this property was very rated which was not even close. No descent reception ambience and when we set in the reception we could literally see the dust dropping on us from the roof. Totally to have lived in such a property."
