"Not as convenient as some other hotels in Bilbao but not terribly out of the way (beware the uphill walk from town!). Breakfast is special - very large selection and many healthy choices, especially for gluten-free. The room was fine, parking was a little tough to get in and out in our suv - but onsite and simple. "Fantastic value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bedroom we had was a little small but modern and super clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was modern and the shower was powerful. It's basic but fine for an overnight stay. The underground parking was easy to locate and manoeuvre in unlike some hotel car parks. Secure and reasonably priced."
