The elevator broke on the third night we were there and they never fixed it so we had 5 days without the elevator. Other than that the staff was amazing and we felt safe in the hotel. "

"Great hotel, with easy access to metro station, only 4 stops from the Collosseum. There are some good restaurants within 5-10 minutes away by car. Hotel has a good restaurant too. It is only available by reservation. Overall good hotel with an easy acccess to city centre. "

"Booked room with hot tub, was not very clean. Disappointed because we wanted to use it but a little uneasy about it. Room was very clean and balcony as well. Staff was AMAZING helped us with so much and very responsive via what’s app. Made us feel so welcome!"
