"Great location in Venice at a very reasonable cost. Easy walk to main attractions. Super helpful that the airport waterbus pick up location was only a short 3-minute walk from the property. Overall facility was very clean and well maintained. Staff helpful and super friendly. Our stay included breakfast which was the basic, standard fare that you see at similarly priced properties in Europe. We will definitely stay here again as it offered a large, clean and well-priced alternative when visiting Venice. Only criticism is that the fitness facility was super small and could only accommodate 3 people at a time, was not readily accessible (you had to ask for a separate key from the front desk) and a bit disappointing on that one aspect. Quiet neighborhood location but very close to food/restaurants as well as a COOP Supermarket."
