"I didn’t mind all of the stairs but people who have difficulties with stairs might not want to stay here. I enjoyed the terrace with views of the old town plus a good place to relax. The breakfast was very good, the woman taking care of everything was so sweet."

"Room was excellent and staff was responsive over WhatsApp. Only issue was that it was quite loud at night due to being so close to Quatro Canti. Otherwise the location made being a tourist very easy and the room quality and breakfast were great."

"People were extremely courteous and professional."

"Great location in old city central"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, the property was clean and breakfast was good every morning. Location was good and within walking distance of most of the attractions of the city."

"Not good"

"Location was perfect. Walkable to many sites. Staff was very helpful, carried my luggage up steps. Great, affordable option. I recommend staying here."

"An excellent spot in Palermo walking distance to all the markets, cathedrals and restaurants. The hotel is very unique and the staff very helpful"

"One of the best properties I’ve ever stayed, hands down. The only challenge I will have is matching the level of client service, care and rapport put in from the amazing team"

There was plenty of places to sit, although we did visit in early October and I can imagine it getting very busy. The hotel is situated at the end of a busy road with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The main sites are at the other end of road, but it’s just a 20-30 minutes’ walk to reach them. Overall, I found the hotel a good place to base ourselves to explore...

"The Quintocanto hotel was perfectly located for us. It lived up to its great reviews from other travellers. The front desk staff were helpful. We also ate at the associated restaurant Gusto next door and very much enjoyed it."

"Breakfast booking restrictive"
