"We stayed here for a week during the Santa Rosalia festival and it was excellent. We were right in the city centre. We asked for a quiet room and found ourselves at the back of the hotel which suited us perfectly as there was zero noise. The cathedral is a 5 .invite walk up the hill as was the palace. The lift takes you to the first floor. You walk along the corridor to another lift which takes you to the rest of the floors. Quirky but loved it. Breakfast is from 7-10, it's the same selection every morning but sets you up for the day. The food in the restaurant is excellent and couldn't fault it. Would I stay here again, definitely. Already thinking about a return visit when it's a little cooler, we had 34° just about every day during our stay. The photos are the views from our room window."

"-Perfect location. Very central, lots of good restaurants and night life near by, and public transport (train station, buses) are in walking distance. -Simple and functional room which is just what I needed; somewhere to lay my head after days of exploring, to take a shower and have a good breakfast in the morning. Bed was comfy and air con worked well. The shower was small but really good water pressure and hot water. -Always warmly greeted by staff and they allowed me to store my luggage for the day I went home as I had a late flight. - Fantastic price. -I would advise bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper like me as it can be a little noisy due to being centrally located near restaurants etc open til late , other guests coming in late. -There didn't appear to be an elevator, stairs only. Something to consider if you struggle with stairs."

"Our stay at Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel was absolutely wonderful, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Palermo and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Andreas, who made our arrival so easy. He greeted us with a map already marked with Palermo’s highlights, gave fantastic recommendations, offered to make restaurant bookings for us, and guided us through the historic centre for our luggage drop-off. We also used the hotel’s valet parking (€20), which was the easiest way to manage parking in Palermo. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm. We stayed in Room 5, which was spacious and had a lovely little balcony overlooking the main street. During our stay there was a festival, so it was wonderful to watch the atmosphere from above. Breakfast was excellent. Instead of a buffet, you choose from a menu and everything is freshly prepared and served to your table. Beautiful boutique hotel, exceptional service, immaculate rooms, and an unbeatable location. We highly recommend Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Palermo."

"Une option d hébergement qui nous a surpris. Nous pensions a un hôtel standard. On s est rendu compte que c était plutôt une sorte de ancien palazzo dont une partie a été transformée en hotel/chambres d hôtel. Il vaut mieux s assurer d avoir le numéro de téléphone de l hôtel, il n y a pas toujours une personne présente dépendant de l heure d arrivée. Nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour."
