"Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location in Palermo, Sicily. It was very convenient, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The only issue I experienced was with the air conditioning, which gave me a bit of trouble during my stay. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would recommend it for its excellent location. Superb view from the rooftop restaurant!"

"First I want to say is that this was the warmest reception and most welcoming experience we have had at any hotel! Amazing location and parking wasn't too hard to find but we did get in early. My complaint is not with the hotel but with the advertisement of some amenities advertised on Expedia, there is no hotel parking, valet parking, nor a pool and no spa treatment in thetraditionalsense. There is a hot tub and sauna that needs to be pre-booked which we did not use. The honesty bar and upstairs terrace was nice and relaxing. The air conditioning worked great and there was not any mildew smell that you sometimes get at hotels in Europe that have split units. Breakfast was what un the US you considered continental breakfast very simple and basic which is accurately captured in the hotel's website. I definitely recommend if you want to stay in the historic district and want a nice warm welcome."
