"Nice clean hotel in perfect location in touring Palermo. Room was a bit small but not surprising for European standards. Breakfast was okay but not a lot of options. Staff was excellent. Great stay for touring Palermo historical sites."

"Great location. The staff is friendly and hospitable! The breakfast was lovely. The rooms are clean, updated and have all the right amities. The owners are incredibly helpful and extremely nice. We really enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend staying here. It is in the heart of the city. The location is amazing!!"

"Very comfortable stay and perfect location"

"Our stay at Palazzo del Poeta was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations. This is truly a five-star boutique hotel where elegance, comfort, history, and exceptional hospitality come together beautifully. Our room was elegant, beautifully appointed, and equipped with every comfort. We especially loved the thoughtful details, including excellent coffee and tea and beautifully decorated Sicilian cookies—a lovely personal touch. "Fantastic location, great staff, and great room. Breakfast was the only thing that could have improved in every area fruit, salads, breads - made to order eggs were an additional cost which is not normal when you pay 400 Euros per night."

"Excellent boutique hotel located with easy walking access and proximity to Old City sites. Charming room with high ceilings and large private balcony adjacent to reception/bar/breakfast room/lounge on the top floor. Effervescent staff who are eager to suggest best ways to spend time in Palermo and make dining reservations on behalf of the guests. Reception hours are limited to two shifts organized around breakfast (served 8:30-10:00) and afternoon/evening (4:30-8:30)."

"The Quintocanto hotel was perfectly located for us. It lived up to its great reviews from other travellers. The front desk staff were helpful. We also ate at the associated restaurant Gusto next door and very much enjoyed it."

"Really recommend! Valeria is super helpful and respondent!"

"In addition to the very convenient location, the room is very clean. The breakfast is excellent. Staff are very warm and give very useful recommendations."

"Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"
