"Conviene to walk"

"Beautiful accommodation in great location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. If we ever came back to Palermo we would be sure to stay again. Thank you."

"Excellent location"

"Good hotel with an impressive rooftop view and lovely room. Gym was not available when we arrived in the evening and in the morning at 8.00 I was told it is closed because guests are still sleeping. Super disappointed that I couldn’t use the gym and staff were not helpful in making any arrangements. Opening times are not available online nor on the gym door so I found myself twice in front of a locked door ready to workout."

"Excellent location right in the heart of the pedestrian zone and right across the street from Teatro Massimo di Palermo. The rooms are beautiful and the hallways decorated with paintings and sculptures. Only negative was the limited check-in time which ends at 7:00 PM. Be sure to arrive early. Otherwise, highly recommended!"

"Eine wunderschöne leine Iasd mitten in Palermo mit Pool und Garten. Äußerst nettes junges Perdonal, sehr hilfsbereit. Leckeres Frühstück."

"Piazza noisy late at night, but wonderful location with many restaurants a few steps away."

"イタリアのホテルらしく水場は古いけど、部屋は清潔。ルーフトップレストランの眺めが素晴らしかった。クアトロクァンティや彫刻広場が見えた。"

"Found the property easily enough. Check in was ok, though I was left hanging about for a little bit. It's one of these inner city rooms type of places so not a 'proper' hotel, if you know what I mean. I had to lodge a €100 deposit which I wasn't expecting and hadn't been required in any other places I stayed on this trip. The deposit was refunded in good time not long after I checked out. The room was modern and had everything I needed. Location was bang in the middle of Palermo and I really...

"Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"this is the nicest hotel i have ever stayed at. the interiors and materials are beautiful. the staff was very nice and super helpful. I would visit Palermo again just stay at this hotel again."

"Location was perfect. Walkable to many sites. Staff was very helpful, carried my luggage up steps. Great, affordable option. I recommend staying here."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Massimo Plaza Hotel. The best aspect was the location across from the Teatro Massimo, which is the third largest opera house in Europe and a meeting place for many local tours. The neighborhood is nice and very walkable near restaurants and markets. Breakfast in the dining room was okay with an assortment of breads, fruit and salami and cheeses. The main downside of the hotel was that the room was dated and worn. Parking is a 5 minute walk on a side street in a...
