Bra och snabb hiss, rymliga korridorer och utmärkt samt välorganiserad frukost till rimlig peng. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal som gav tips på att man kunde parkera gratis på säker plats i närheten av hotellet. "The Parking was on site. There is a Bar & Restaurant. We had an excellent evening meal. The Hotel is within easy drive to Wypres, the Menin gate also Passiondale and Tye Cott, also a Theme park very close. All in all this Hotel is really good. We would come again."
