"Great location! The condo was very clean. It had everything we needed. The host was spectacular. His communication was spot on highly recommend and will book here again. Loved the garage parking. Plus there’s a farmers market every Sunday."

"Condo was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the king bed and amenities. Having a washer/dryer available was nice. We also enjoyed having a real outside patio, last unit we stayed in did not have balcony patio. Restaurants so close is also very nice. Building does have a bit if a funky smell but unit did not. Parking was also a little but of a drag as we thought we had a garage space but another vehicle was parked there for the entirety of our stay. They said they were told to park in spot 78 as were we. "

"We had a pleasant stay at this dog-friendly waterfront home for New Year’s. The location is peaceful and the private dock was definitely a highlight — perfect for relaxing mornings and beautiful sunsets. Having a washer/dryer and a designated work station made the stay very convenient for our family. The property was VERY clean on arrival and the WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay. Our dog felt very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and safe for walks. A couple of small notes: the third bedroom has a bunk bed, which may not be ideal for older guests, and they just have american coffee machine of capsules. Aside from that, everything was functional and as described. The view from the house is amazing. Overall, a comfortable home for a family getaway with pets, great outdoor space, and a lovely waterfront atmosphere. We would stay here again. We drove to St Augustine to spend time with our family and the rout is incredible."

"This is a great home. Everyone had a wonderful time and praised its appearance. Home is very spacious and has areas where one can have some privacy. The children who visited us had a wonderful time in the pool. Even our two pets had a wonderful time."
