Das Zimmer war sauber das Peronal super nett und beim Frühstück haben wir auch nichts vermisst. Nur der Bewegungsmelder im Bad hat genervt, weil nachts das Licht immer wieder spontan an ging und ins schlafzimmer leuchtete.

Hallo, vielen Dank für Ihre Abfrage. Gerne möchte ich Ihnen eine Rückmeldung zu unserem kürzlichen Aufenthalt geben. Am Morgen unserer Abreise (15. Februar 2026 gegen 7:50 Uhr) sind wir zum Frühstück gegangen. Da bereits andere Gäste anwesend waren, betraten wir ebenfalls den Speisesaal. Ein Mitarbeiter Ihres Hauses wies uns in sehr unfreundlicher und lauter Weise darauf hin, dass das Frühstück erst um 8:00 Uhr beginne, und forderte uns auf, den Raum sofort zu verlassen. Er begleitete uns bis zur Tür und reagierte auf unseren Hinweis, dass wir zeitnah abreisen müssten, mit einem wiederholten „raus, raus“. Dieses Verhalten empfanden wir als unangemessen und respektlos. Leider erfolgte im Anschluss keine Entschuldigung. Darüber hinaus wäre es hilfreich, wenn das Abendprogramm den Gästen im Vorfeld kommuniziert würde. Zudem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Qualität der Abendverpflegung im Vergleich zu früheren Aufenthalten nachgelassen hat. Weiterhin empfehlen wir, die Abdichtung der Zimmertüren zu verbessern, da Geräusche vom Flur deutlich wahrnehmbar waren. Abschließend möchte ich betonen, dass wir mit dem übrigen Personal, insbesondere an der Rezeption und im Housekeeping, sehr zufrieden waren.

Chambre bien. Repas variés. Be mol : très vieux linge de lit, serviettes déchirées, pas top pour 4 etoiles. Mauvaise surprise pour la demi pension où l'eau est payantes, toutes boissons d'ailleurs, sans affichage nulle part ! Très cher et limite obligatoire car on s'est pris une colère terrible on avait osé apporté 1 petite bouteille d'eau... Les viennoiseries du matin sont vieilles et le café imbuvable !!! Pas de machine à café, c'est des thermos de café sans goût...Du jus de chaussettes... Ps: photos des serviettes mourantes et déchirées disponibles. Menage bâclé moyen tous les jours.

Mycket nöjd, även vid tidigare längre vistelser. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rent, rejält och prisvärt. Välorganiserat. Jag hade tyckt att standard dubbelrum var något litet att dela men det har två breda enkelsängar (intill varandra), rymlig garderob med 20 galgar (extra pluspoäng för det) och litet fri golvyta. Fint badrum med rymlig dusch. Badrock, tofflor, hårbalsam och bodylotion saknas. God och riklig frukost med mycket färsk frukt. Varierande kvällsbuffet, där jag är verkligt imponerad över kvaliteten när de ska utfordra så många på kort tid. Dessutom är det varma ordentligt varmt. Lång men inte så bred utomhuspool. Hotellet har varit välbelagt men mycket lugnt när jag varit här i lågsäsong. Övervägande äldre, tysktalande gäster, både på hotellet och orten. Strandpromenaden några hundra meter bort och buss till såväl Palma stad som flygplatsen runt hörnet.
