"It is a lovely location, but could doing with a few property maintenance upgrades.
Did have a lovely meal and the wine was nice.
Would have been nice to have been told there were 2 large weddings, before we arrived. We wanted to relax on the morning of our departure as checkout is at 12, but was impossible with wedding guests everywhere.
Had a lovely tour of the vineyard which we would recommend"

Amazing. We booked just two nights then ended up staying a week! We hiked to gorgeous mountain tops with the help of the staff, we lounged by the pool, slept like babies in the comfy beds, bathed like kings in the updated bathrooms and had amazing views from the two rooms we stayed in. Breakfast was bountiful. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. Lola at reception speaks amazing English, made us laugh, helped us in everyway possible! I have stayed in Granada a few times and will comeback here. It iswell located off a highway andhas parking at 11 euros a day. The room was really nice and the staff helpful. Taxis to central Granada are about 8 euros and there is a busstop right by the hotel to the centre for about 3 euros return. Breakfat was ample. The dining room has some covered cabling on the floor that is easy to trip over.

Siam at the front desk made our trip wonderful. She guided us with maps, tour set-ups, and most of all: kindness. The hotel was quaint and comfortable and we had an amazing balcony room with a view of Alhambra. Definitely the highlight of our trip.
Note: Like many European hotels, there is no elevator.

The staff was incredible. There were two men in the front desk who always helped me out. One was tall with black hair combed backwards. He may have been wearing glasses. The other was Alejandro. There were exceptional! The staff in the restaurant was equally gracious. The room was a 5 star set up. It was spacious, clean, and quiet. The shower was a little bit difficult to manage on the first day. It had more knobs then I knew what to do with it, but I finally figured it out. The...

Excellent location, very good staff and superb buffet for breakfast and dinner. Three restaurants on site and plenty of restaurants less than a minute walking. Located right on the village, near the lift for the ski slopes. Only drawbacks are that you can’t use a/c and is a little noisy if you open the windows; also small room for the high price paid. High clorine odor in the floor where spa is located. Would stay again.
