This impeccably kept, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo sits between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove Beach allowing for quick access to a variety of shopping and dining options along the coast. Wonderful stretch of grass running along the back side of the building...great for kids to play. Stairs leading from the second-floor balcony to the grass area leading to the beach walk-down. No need to walk around the building. One assigned parking space per unit plus visitor parking available.
