"Received a super welcome at check-in from Georgia – very friendly and knowledgeable - who went out of her way to make sure we would have a good visit. Always a great start to a trip. Juniper Springs has a location slightly uphill - there’s a view. A free trolley bus swings around to take you into town. There are two buildings each w. a pools and hot tub, plus a grill and outside seating. The upper building has a nice central lounge area and a small enclosure to place bikes which are not to go into units (bring a lock). There is one inside parking spot per unit with additional parking outside the front building. Each unit is individually owned so there will be some differences in furnishings and finishes. I believe each has a balcony (size depends on unit size). Our mattresses, sheets, pillows and towels were good quality. (even extra towels for the hot tub). Furnishings nice. CAll clean. Sufficient kitchen items. This was our second time at Juniper Springs after we discovered it last year and we will return."

"The dish washer, when we arrived, the bottom pull out tray was missing one of the runners, we fixed it. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty, we had to wash everything before we used it. The furniture in the loft is old and falling apart. The first floor (bottom bedrooms), smell like sewage. We were 10 people and they only gave us enough bath towels for 5 people. It took all day to get 5 more towels, but they only delivered bath towels, no wash cloths. The bbq is old and needs to be replaced. The front door lock is hard to work. Upon checkout, we delivered the key to the office, which was unlocked and nobody ever acknowledged that they had received the key. Communication is poor."

"Everything was great- we traveled with my in-laws who are older and the elevator and 1 level space was perfect for them (no stairs needed). Each room was equipped with extra amenities (towels, blankets,pillows) which was great because we all forgot a few things. The kitchen was probably the best stocked kitchen I have ever used. The outdoor amenities were a cool plus. My son was able to go swimming and use the air hockey machine. Location was great super close to many stores and restaurants. Host was very approachable and everything was well communicated."
