"I loved this hotel! From start to finish we received excellent service. The moment we checked in they offered us a free upgraded room which was awesome after such a stressful day of traveling. The breakfast was decent with lots of options. The Italian restaurant was good! I wish they would make their drinks a little stronger at the bar. The hotel is super close to Patong beach and they have long tail boats that will take you to Freedom Beach which is considered the one of the nicest beaches in Phuket. It was also convenient to lots of bars and restaurant. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Stayed at the Crest for 2 nights. We upgraded our room and it was worth it. The room had a direct pool and the view was priceless. The only negative thing I can say is the property needs maintaines. The Hotel needs love. Overall it was a great experience."
