"We stayed on the 22nd floor and had a good experience overall. The only issue was the elevators. The bank serving floors 13 through 22 seemed really backed up, and we waited about 10 minutes a couple of times. I’m not sure if some elevators were out of service, but it definitely felt slower than expected. Other than that, everything was great. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I usually wake up around 3:30 in the morning, but I slept until 7:30 here. That alone says a lot about how comfortable the room was. I’d definitely stay here again."
