"Issue was I was flying out in early the morning and the fire alarm kept beeping. When they came to fix it they couldn't. So, they just removed it. Got little sleep. Positive, the staff was very great at getting me to the airport early in the AM."

Three aspects that caught my attention were Debrajai (front desk) taking the initiative to sanitize door cards during less busy periods, Room Service always helpful and nice, and Director Christina Smith, who made a point to meet us daily at the breakfast area, where we had friendly conversations that left a positive impression on my family and me, and it was only later that we discovered her role as the hotel's director. Our stay was a memorable experience, and it's one that we will always look back on fondly."
