"I had family room 7 at the top of the stairs and it is a large comfortable space with a couch, table, mini fridge, electric space heater, TV, and coffee maker. I found a microwave on the second floor. The hotel is across from an ice skating rink and the fortification wall and was very walkable to everything within upper and lower towns and Parliament. I would absolutely stay there again. Just be aware of the stairs and that is no staff on site. "

"The location is excellent. The hotel is within walking distance from everything in Vieux Quebec. A valet service is offered but the hotel faces an underground municipal parking lot where you can easily self-park for cheaper; either park and walk across the street with your luggage or park in front of the hotel (10-minute drop-off zone), unload your luggage, and then park. The hotel has a lot of charm. The building is old so expect narrower halls and smaller rooms. Ours was quite small, two double beds (no sofa or chairs) and it faced an interior courtyard. The hotel was quiet during our stay and it was impeccably clean. I would stay here again if looking for an overnight or shorter stay. "
