"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."

"Excellent staff, spacious, comfortable, and clean room, sheets provided, clean property all around, amazing location with walkable spots for dinning, shopping, and more. Definitely recommend. The only thing is that it’s located on a street where vehicles cannot get to. So, if ubering/taxing, walk out to another area to be picked up/dropped off. 10/10."

"Our stay at Es Princep was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and a truly professional atmosphere. What impressed us most was the professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness of the staff. Every team member was readily available to assist with anything we needed, making us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant rooms, excellent amenities, and a perfect location for exploring Palma. The rooftop experience deserves special recognition. The drinks were expertly prepared, the ambiance was sophisticated yet relaxed, and the views over the city and the sea were simply spectacular. A special mention goes to the rooftop Smashburger, which was one of the highlights of our stay. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and surprisingly one of the best burgers we’ve had during our travels. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines exceptional service, professional hospitality, outstanding food and beverages, and a memorable rooftop experience, Es Princep is an excellent choice. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palma de Mallorca."

"This hotel has an amazing location right on the harbour. I recommended getting a sea view room with balcony so you can enjoy the twinkling nights at night and the beautiful bright mornings watching the boat trips and kayaking in the harbour. Loved the generosity of a free small bottle of fizz and a voucher for a glass of sangria in the room on arrival. Fantastic breakfast with lots of local food to try and good vegan/vegi options. We All the staff were really friendly and the room was spotlessly clean with a really comfy bed. To be honest we’re delighted with this hotel and it really helped us enjoy a great few days in beautiful Palma. 100% recommended!"

"Great location, excellent and friendly staff and nice clean room. Breakfast was the only disappointment as it consisted of a limited cold buffet (no fresh vegetables and mainly pastries, cold meats and cheese) and an à la carte menu, which didn’t change daily. It offered few choices for those with dietary restrictions. Frustrating to have to wait for my first coffee of the day, as this was waiter served only."

Perfect for myself and two grown children. The breakfast is very good. Beautiful location on Placa Cort, can walk to everything. Staff was very welcoming and helpful."
