"Clean, good amenities and location"

"Disappointing experience and customer service. Within approximately 20 minutes of checking into our room, we noticed a bug on the bed that, based on our observation, resembled a bed bug. We were immediately concerned and decided that we were not comfortable staying at the hotel. We left the room and informed the front desk that we did not feel comfortable remaining at the property given what we had found. We had to wait until the following day to speak with the hotel manager regarding a refund....

"Le personnel est vraiment courtois. Le site est bien situé, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables (photos représentatives). Le spa offre tous les services et soins désirés, et le personnel est vraiment compétent. Nous souhaitons revenir dans le futur !"

"The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need for the stay. We only stayed for one night, but with the amenities, a multi night stay would work well here. The unit is new and there is still construction on the ground floor, but it was easy to access the apartment with the instructions given. I was a bit concerned about parking as it is not included with the unit. There is, however, a lot of street parking available just across the street for overnight parking."

"Place seems rundown"

"As my rating indicates, this hotel is well maintained, cery vc"

"Everything to love about this Hotel, best in Quebec City by far!!"

"Main attractions were in walking distance and the breakfast was included and delicious On site Parking was a bit expensive Would strongly suggest putting a bar to facilitate for getting in and out of bathtub shower combo as bath is above high for climbing in and out of"

"A receptionist at the place would have been great"

"The hotel is in great location."

"Super"

"Great location with most attractions all within walking distance. Virtual check-in/out process was very smooth and the room is super new and clean!"
