I highly recommend this place if you want to flyvout of rome and spend a day or 2 in a quite, safe, and well-maintained place near the water. Staying at this guest house was one of the highlights of our trip.

"After spending a week in the old-world charm of Florence it was delightful to spend the night with solid air conditioning, modern plumbing and electrical, comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast before we boarded our plane home. "From selecting the apartment to transportation instructions and meeting our Host, Loretta, everything was perfect. Loretta is a wondetful host ensuring that the apartment was cozy, comfortsble and clean. The transportation from FCO was via Cotral bus 1.50/person. Loretta meet us at the bus station and provided a ride to the apartment, she reviewed the apartment and made sure we had no questions. There is a small grocery store across the street should it be needed. Loretta made several restaurant suggestions that were delicious, all in all an excellent stay, would stay again without reservation"
"Days before I asked for a fan, as my husband likes to sleep with one (we learned even the converters don't work with fans). They had 2 ready and waiting for us! So thankful, as the a/c has yet to be connected. This place is beautiful! They even had a twin bed for our son, so he wouldn't have to sleep on the fold out couch. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, clothing stores, seafood, etc. The check-in took a little longer as I didn't have a good enough signal. But they showed up withing 5 minutes and showed us what to do. The door knob is just for looks, the knob with the combo is what you turn to open (but I think the video we couldn't open showed that). The room is the first one when you enter the building. The Wi-Fi is good, all 5 of us could use it. Surprisingly the street noise is minimal at night. The power did turn off a few times in the neighborhood but came on within a minute. Shower has hot water, the last place we stayed I only took cool/cold showers. There's a tiny park for little kids around the corner with a water fountain (for drinking). Rome has running water fountains everywhere and it is good water! This is a great place to stay! The hosts were very helpful, informative, and patient with the language barrier. Enjoy your stay!!"
