"Nice friendly staff in the reception. But… The beds were very hard. We could not sleep very good because of music from night clubs in the area. Even if we used earplugs we heard the music. All night until 04.00 am. Our room was on 1. floor with a terrace and sea view. That was nice but it was a smell from the kitchen downstairs. The breakfast restaurant was not very good. The ladies that worked there were not very friendly and not professional. Meny guests were complaining because everything took so long. The food was just okey. If it had been quite and breakfast better and more professional, we had enjoyed it more."

"Great extra clean hotel with spacious clean rooms. Walking distance to shopping and the Valencia Central park area. About 10 minutes ride to the beach or the old town quick is wonderful. Very cheerful and helpful staff. Highly recommended."

"Everything was great, the inly thing was the breakfast was a little expensive and you had to pay extra to use the spa which I think should be included in the stay. Other than that it was lovely and clean with helpful staff."

"Stayed two nights and resort was beautiful. However, they charged me for bar costs which I didn’t use. They only gave me partial credit. I paid a high price for two nights to be charged for additional costs. Room service prices were over priced. Bar tapas were simple. I would not recommend"

"Lovely beach front property with great staff, very friendly and helpful. We loved the decor of the hotel and room, very modern and obviously newly refurbished. The location is ideal for the beach and Marina area, and once you understand it, there are regular buses and Metros into Valencia centre, although I recommend working out a strategy before attempting as winging it is challenging and we wasted time getting on/off the wrong transport. Central Valencia is a good 30mins away, late taxis cost around €16. All in all the hotel was good, and we would stay again"
