Make yourself at home in this beautifully arranged apartment designed for both comfort and conviviality:

Living Room: A living area with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and a dining area — ideal to relax or share a meal after exploring the city.

Kitchen: Open to the living space and fully equipped with stovetop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine and cooking essentials.

Bedroom 1: A cozy atmosphere with a comfortable double bed.

Bedroom 2 & 3: Both located in the basement, with modern, minimalist decor. Each room has a double bed, a calm atmosphere, and a carefully designed layout to optimize space and comfort.

Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with showers and WCs, equipped with shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer.

Toilets: Two WCs located in the bathrooms.

Extras included: High-speed Wi-Fi, large flat-screen TV, dishwasher, iron, bed linens and towels for each guest.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* Two of the three bedrooms and one shower room are in the basement, below street level: natural light there is very limited and the air is poorly renewed. If sleeping in a bright, well-ventilated room matters to you, please take this into account.
* The basement is reached by an indoor staircase that requires care, especially at night: it is not suitable for elderly guests, guests with reduced mobility or young children.
* At 110 m², the apartment is ideal for six. With eight, two guests sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room and the space becomes tight.
* Of the two shower rooms, only one has a washbasin; the other has just a shower and a toilet. With six or eight guests, you will need to take turns, especially in the morning.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be a 1-minute walk from Ménilmontant metro station (line 2), between Oberkampf and Ménilmontant, in a quiet 110 m² apartment overlooking a courtyard, with three bedrooms and a fully equipped open kitchen.

You will have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment. The building is secure and easily accessible.

Check-in is fully autonomous with a detailed digital guide available 24/7.
