⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* Some of the beds are in the basement: the two double sofa beds of the flexible sleeping area are set up there, in a room with no window or daylight. If sleeping in a room with a window matters to you, please take this into account.
* The entrance is at street level, on a street in the 10th that stays busy in the evening and through the night. People passing by sometimes stop in front of the door and a smell of urine can be noticeable at the entrance. If you are travelling with young children and would prefer a calm, residential setting, please take this into account.
* Traffic and nearby music can be heard indoors, sometimes late. Worth knowing if you sleep lightly.
* Up to ten, everyone has their own space. From eleven to thirteen, opening the two living-room sofa beds means moving the table and some furniture, and space gets tighter.
* The hot water tank has a limited capacity: with a large group, it only covers a few showers in a row, so plan to space them out over the day.
