"The hotel was just so busy it didn’t feel exclusive or relaxing. I was shocked that my other family members only had double beds in their rooms, they didn’t sleep well at all. Our beds were queen so we slept nicely but our bathroom was tiny for 4 people. Location was 11/10 though. Food was good but very pricey."

"Nice clean room + comfortable bed. Good selection of toiletries. Coffee machine but no tea, kettle, or uht milk (only creamer). Pool is shallow and could be a tad warmer. Sauna was just right. The surrounding neighbourhood, St. Roch, has seen better days. There are plenty of excellent food and coffee options remaining, but many shops on St. Joseph have shuttered in recent years and there has been a massive increase in the homeless population. Parking prices at this hotel are unnecessarily steep, but there's plenty of street parking nearby, especially on weekends when the 60min limit doesn't apply. "

"Nice little hotel located in downtown Quebec. On rue St-Jean, close to most local attractions. Close to many shops and restaurants. Hotel itself is okay, however, little issues like the room phone - not very modern. Key cards tend to malfunction at times. Elevator does not stop at requested floor all the time which is nerve racking. In my opinion, quite pricey for the type of hotel. "
