"Enjoyed the clean, brand new property during our visit to Penang. It was a last minute change because of the location and it turned out we made the right choice. Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out. Service was excellent, every staff greeted us with smiles and was helpful. Loved the coffee in the lobby and the scent of the shampoo and body wash (wished I can purchase a set home.) They even provided us umbrellas on the rainy days. "Quick check in process. Our room was very clean, comfortable pillows, good sized bathroom and the view was quite nice. Although I didn’t use the pool, I found the area very relaxing if you want to just hang out and relax at night or early in the morning. Location is within walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. In addition, lobby was well decorated. Would definitely stay here again next time. "
