From the time we checked in until the day we left, we were greeted by name, with professionalism, kindness and with genuine warm smiles. The staff really raised the bar at this hotel. Aris, Doni, Tia, Duta, Hardi, Yohan and several others truly made a difference and elevated our whole experience. "We had a beautiful room with a great view. But no transportation available by Grab. Although the shower room was on the outside with no locked door to the main bathroom it poses security risk. The safe was not bolted down. The front door to the room were very heavy and difficult to slide open. Staff were great. Food was delicious. "
