Truly enjoyed our stay at WakaGangga. Villa with private pool was fantastic. Included breakfast was nice but repetitive after 5 days. Try the Cliffhanger next door for amazing food.

Our pool villa was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was excellent. Waka sailing was also very good. The only minus at this hotel was the spa. Really a beautiful place to just chill.

Property had a great Balinese vibe. Beautifully constructed villas. Clean. Right on the beach. But, most villas do not have clear unobstructed ocean views - descriptions are bit mis-leading. Nevertheless, the private pool in the villas, the rooms, outdoor showers, privacy, service etc., all make up for it. Very friendly staff. Great service. Just remember, the resort in bit further off from everything. Great for relaxing private vacation.

Amazing secluded villa, close to the beach. The staff are amazing and the restaurant was great. Black sand beach was incredible. Love that most of the time you were the only one on the beach. Can't wait to go back there.

Nice location on a black sand beach with very nice villa rooms and a large private pool. The free breakfast is great with 3 set options and a free afternoon tea is offered. Some inexpensive restaurants are a short walk down the beach for a change. I’m he free shuttle is to Changu, Tanal Lot and the Tabanan local’s market which are all worth a visit.

I loved it, it’s a relaxing spot especially for couples, super clean. Everything is from nature. The staff were amazing with us, whatever you ask them they get you without a question. It was an amazing honeymoon. The spa is amazing too they know what they’re doing. It very very relaxing. The restaurant is good too, but I wish if the portion were a little pit bigger. And they should put more option for the food menu

First off let me start by saying, I WILL BE BACK! This resort was so beautiful, I was literally blown away. The staff was so nice and accommodating, I literally have no complaints. But the resort is pretty far away but taxi’s are super affordable, just keep that in mind when booking other activities. Amazing amazing resort, restaurant served great food, came on a solo trip for my birthday and it was EVERYTHING I wanted. Also just keep in mind you are in the jungle so be prepared for all kinds of bugs and creatures lol

Very remote property. A bit of a drive to Canggu and a cab will cost you 200k. Grab and Gojek will not pick up at this location. Our villa had a pool which was fantastic. We had a noisy AC which eventually died but we were given another villa. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were great. Again as with Alam Ubud this is a remote location. Great if you want peace and quiet and a beach at your doorstep. This place is also dated but clean. They need more staff but I assuming they are still recovering from covid. It was an enjoyable visit but I might try another place less remote.

Staff all around were exceptional. Restaurant was excellent. We had 2 bedroom villa, keep in mind rooma are not connected, they're actually 2 separate Villas, not recommended for young children. 1 villa was infestes with big Ants. Each evening we came back and sealth with Anta everywhere, if you or your family isnt used to tropical insects like Ants, Spiders or Lizards then don't stay here. No lans line or phonea to hotel staff, messagea only via WhatsApp, or a walk through the dark to lobby and maybe you will fins someone. If you want quiet alone off the normal tourist life then this is the place.. very remote, long ride on underdeveloped roads, eveeythings is about 1 hour drive out. Walk to our Villa was not well lit, had to usw phone light every night, staff said there were torchea in room we couls not find. Some villas have some things while other was miasing things such as umbrella or hotel directory. Lights would go out sporadically in either villa not related to any outages, outlets wouldn't work, then sudden flaahing lights in 1 Villa, toilet wouldn't flush has to call maintenance to fix in the middle of the night. Small inconveniences but 5 Stars for best staff and restaurant. 0 stars for Amenities, and hotel upkeep.
