Pésima experiencia.

Muy mala experiencia. Los recepcionistas son muy mal educados y desagradables, hasta la situación de que uno casi se agarra a las piñas con un huésped. Muy hostiles. La zona es un lio, muy ruidosa. Es un lugar viejo.

Large room hotel

This hotel had a large bedroom and a large bath room. The shower area was large as well. Housekeeping was shy but helpful. 3 maids would come to the door at the same time. Included in the room was a small balcony which was great for drying clothes as it was in the sun all day. The front desk staff could use some customer service training as they were not too pleasant.

Relativ gute Lage

Transfer hat gut geklappt und das Hotel war ausreichend. Es war immer ein Staff vor Ort. Relativ gute Lage. Es war etwas laut aber zum schlafen mehr als ausreichend. Wenn jemand keinen absoluten Ruhe Urlaub will ist es ok

Great Value for Money

This hotel is excellent value for money. The pool is great and the staff are very friendly. The best thing is that the big Patong food market is right outside the door!
